Mentorship
Your mentor is an experienced employee who guides you through the organization and / or helps you to carry out your job. This person gives you feedback about your work, introduces you to other colleagues and listens to all your possible questions or problems. We think it’s important that you feel completely welcome!

Personal training plan
You can also expect further follow-up after your first week, both with your HR contact person and with your Business Unit Manager. We sit together at regular intervals and review your evolution. We draw up a personal training plan with you, for which we focus not only on technical skills, but also on soft skills.
Your personal training plan will be updated every year.
